			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Between August 17<sup>th </sup>and the evening of August 18<sup>th</sup>,  a burglary occurred in the 4500 block of Boston Harbor Road NE.  The suspect forced open a door and then drove a possible pickup truck to the back yard.  There, the suspect is believed to have placed the stolen items in the truck.</p>
<p>Taken during the burglary were two 42” Samsung TVs, a Sony Playstation, Sony camera, Compaq laptop, and three guitars, among other valuables.</p>

One excavator was a 2006 red and gray Takeuchi TB135, valued at over $30,000.  The second was a yellow John Deere M-15 excavator valued at $40,000.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On April 1st at 4:19 a.m., Olympia Police officers responded to an alarm activation at the J &amp; I Saw Shop located at 3729 Pacific Avenue SE.  Officers discovered that suspects had forced entry through an exterior gate and that one of the store windows had been shattered.  Stolen in the burglary were Honda brand generators and Stihl brand chainsaws.  Due to the size and weight and of the stolen property, more than one suspect using a truck or trailer is likely to have been involved.</p>

<p>The Lacey Police Department wants the public to be aware of the risk when leaving property visible inside a vehicle.</p>
