			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On  Tuesday, September 27th, at about 8:30 a.m., a 12-year-old developmentally disabled boy was waiting for the school bus at Lorne and North Streets.  A white vehicle pulled up, opened the front passenger door, and told the boy to get in, while motioning for him to hurry.  A witness saw the incident and the boy got away.</p>
<p>The vehicle is described as a newer white car, similar to a small station wagon, with tinted windows.  The driver was a white male, middle aged, with brown hair and bangs across the forehead.</p>

In each instance, a bank employee spotted the suspect approaching and could see he was wearing a ski mask over his face.  Before he could enter the banks, the employees were able to lock the doors.</p>
<p>The suspect is described as around 6-foot tall.  However, in one case he appeared to be thin and in the second the suspect appeared heavier.  In the second case, the suspect carried a black umbrella.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On January 24th just after 9:30 a.m., a female using the ATM machine at the WSECU in the 2300 block of Harrison Avenue was robbed.  The suspect rode up behind her on a bike and attempted to grab her money.  The victim was able to get away and ran.</p>
<p>The suspect is a white male, around 40 years old, short brown hair, wearing a dark jacket with hood, black ball cap, jeans, gray shoes and black gloves.  He may have worn an ear piece over his right ear.</p>
<p>The bike was  an olive green and chrome girls mountain bike.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On July 2nd at approximately 10:45 p.m. a black male exited the passenger side of a black Mustang at the side of Home Depot located at Marvin Road and Quinault Dr in Lacey. The suspect ran toward an employee aiming a handgun. The employee fled into the store and the suspect fired one round from a .380 handgun through the open doors. The suspect then fled to the Mustang which was waiting in the Costco parking lot.</p>
<p>The suspect wore a mask, had short hair, dark hooded sweatshirt, and khaki cargo pants. The vehicle was a 2005 or newer Ford Mustang, tinted windows, no front license plate, white strip at the bottom of rocker panel with the name “Mustang.”</p>
