On Thursday, June 28th, an armed robbery occurred at the American Gold store on Black Lake Boulevard. A white full-size van pulled up to the front door and the suspect exited the passenger side. The suspect was wearing construction gear with orange vest and breathing apparatus. The suspect produced a handgun and zip tied the employee.
The suspect is described as a white male or a female dressed as a male, 5-9 to 6-foot, 30’s. The suspect wore a yellow hard hat, orange vest, long sleeve white shirt, and blue jeans. The vehicle was a white Ford Econoline with no rear windows or markings.
