On Friday, March 3rd, Olympia Police investigated a luring complaint in the area of Henderson Blvd. and Briggs Drive SE. An eleven-year-old child was approached by a man in a white van after getting off the school bus. When the child refused to go near him, the van followed the child home and parked in the driveway for several minutes. He was seen in the neighborhood looking in windows.

The van is a white full-sized Ford with the back windows painted white. The white male suspect was in his 30s, stocky, with a mustache and blond shaggy hair.

On February 27th between 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., a home invasion robbery occurred in the Clearwood area on Sylvan Dell.

The victim reported that a white male, medium height and build, wearing a ski mask with eye holes and dark hoodie, knocked on her front door. When she answered, he assaulted her and tied her up with zip ties. He then ransacked her home. After the robbery, the suspect poured bleach on the victim to conceal any evidence.

The suspect later accessed her bank account in Graham.

The Griffin School District bus yard reported a burglary occurred there some time over the weekend. The suspect cut through the fencing and then cut wiring from two of the buses. The suspects stole 17 yellow and black extension cords.

The cost to re-wire the buses is estimated at $10,000. The cost to replace the extension cords is estimated at $500. The damage to the fencing is estimated at $150.
