The Thurston County area law enforcement agencies are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects responsible for graffiti in our area. Some of the markings are directly related to gang activity and others are malicious vandalism caused by the taggers.
The clean-up costs for this type of criminal activity places a tremendous burden on taxpayers and property owners.
There have been three incidents of burglary at Specialty Steel Fabricators, 8401 Hogum Bay Lane NE in Lacey.
One was on May 6th, one on May 7th, and one on June 4th, during the evening or early morning hours.
Stolen were three Makita grinders, a Craftsman drill, a Milwaukee portable band saw, and a Slugger Max drill.
During one incident an employee interrupted two suspects wearing hooded sweatshirts trying to get into office, and they ran into woods.
