On Saturday night or early Sunday morning, there were several incidents of vandalism using racial slurs.

In the 3000 block of Citadel Court, the suspects spray painted the slurs on several cars and broke out windows to vehicles. A swastika was spray painted on the garage door of one residence.

May 13, 2009

Between 8:45 pm on April 29 and 7:00 am on April 30, unknown suspects broke into four portable classrooms at Olympia High School. The suspects stole laptop computers, LED projectors, and DVD players with an estimated value of $5,000. An attempted break in was discovered at Pioneer Elementary School adjacent to Olympia High School during the same time frame. The suspects did not gain entry into the elementary school. It is believed that both crimes are related.

On April 27th at 5:00, the Hotte Latte espresso shop in the 6800 block of Martin Way was robbed.

The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money. He is described as Hispanic, between 5-6 to 5-7, wearing a black coat, black sweatshirt, faded jeans, and a black hat with a red letter E on it. He had short black hair, acne scars, and dark eyes. After the robbery, he got on a bicycle and rode eastbound on Martin Way. The bike appeared to be an older bike with narrow frame and grayish-black in color.
